How It Works

1. Please contact Ugly Bae’s Drip & Gifts before purchasing to confirm availability for your event date.
2. Purchase the $25 design retainer.
3. Send your shoe size, event date, preferred colors, theme, wording, and inspiration photos.
4. You’ll receive a final quote based on the shoe style, materials, design details, and whether the shoes are supplied by you or purchased for the order.
5. The remaining balance must be paid before materials are purchased or customization begins.

Customization May Include

• Names, dates, initials, or short wording
• Rhinestones, pearls, bows, lace, glitter, and other decorative details
• Wedding, birthday, graduation, team, or special-event themes
• Custom colors and design placement

Turnaround: Timing depends on shoe availability and design complexity. Your completion date will be confirmed with your final quote. Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

Custom Order Policy: Because every pair is made specifically for the customer, custom orders are final sale. Colors, materials, and placement may vary slightly, and no two handmade pairs will be exactly alike. Decorative elements should be handled with care and may loosen if exposed to excessive heat, moisture, friction, or impact.
