• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available option.

• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Free local pickup is available by appointment.

• You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.

💔 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

• At this time, we only ship within the United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
